Each obligated company enters into a Membership Agreement with the System, which sets out all the parameters governing the System’s relationship with the Members. The Agreement contains specific terms and conditions and is non-negotiable, in order to ensure equal treatment of all companies.
Any interested obligate company can become a member of the AFIS Cyprus Ltd. System by following the steps below:
- Filling in the Membership Application form
- Paying the amount of 400,00 euros + VAT, as a registration fee (payable only at the time of registration).
- Filling in the Membership Agreement form.
