The Organization is managed by an eight-member Board of Directors. AFIS is governed by a Board of eight members. Six of the Board Members are elected through the General Meeting of Shareholders and therefore represent the companies (Class A), while the remaining two Members are appointed by the CCCI (Class B), which they represent.
One of the six Members, representing the undertakings (CLASS A), is elected Chair by the Council itself.
